This brunch will be served family-style. Each course will be paired with a Cardinal Spirits cocktail.
Seating choice (11am or 1pm) along with menu choices and payment are required to make a reservation. Menu choices are:

Smoked fish spread with kettle chips, cucumber & crackers OR
Roasted sweet corn gazpacho (vegan & gluten-free)
Course 2 - Main entrée & sides
Pulled pork, boneless chicken thighs, sliced chuck roll and sausage with baked beans, slaw, mustard potato salad, homemade pickles and raw Vidalia onion (all served family-style) OR
BBQ oyster mushroom slider with cabbage slaw, Carolina Gold crispy cauliflower, Jerk tofu kebab with summer vegetables with cornbread, BBQ baked beans and slaw (all vegan & gluten-free)
Course 3 - Dessert
Caramel apple upside-down cake OR
Toasted coconut vegan ice cream with caramelized pineapple (vegan & gluten-free)
