Join us for this all inclusive three course brunch to support Community Kitchen's hunger relief efforts. It will be held on Sunday, November 17th with seatings at 11am and 1pm. Chefs for this brunch are folks from IVY Tech Culinary Arts Program. Drinks will be provided by Cardinal Spirits. Non-alcoholic drinks are available, as well. Don't miss this brunch!
Course 1:
Raviolo- pasta stuffed with ricotta cheese and egg yolk served with n'duja hollandaise sauce & crispy prosciutto OR
Radish Prosciutto- cured & smoked watermelon radish
Course 2:
Momo Dumpling- Southern Indian steamed dumpling in tangy rhubarb sauce with either:
Beef filling
OR
Vegetable filling
Course 3:
Frangipane Tart- Mini tart stuffed with white wine poached pear, citrus pastry cream, and torched meringue
OR
Lemon Tart- Vegan / Gluten-Free macaron shell, fresh fruit, almond, and vegan meringue
